With our eyes on the future, Black Box is expanding its training footprint. Two new BICSI/DCoE training centers are slated to open in Plano, TX, and Inver Grove Heights, MN, by 2026. Equally significant was the appointment of our very own David Richards as Board President of BICSI. David, a respected BICSI Master Instructor and Certified Trainer, serves as the Quality and Training Manager for Global Solutions Integration at Black Box. His role as President places Black Box at the heart of industry leadership and innovation. David has facilitated over 40+ technical classes, issued 174 certifications, and delivered 668 Continuing Education Credits (CECs), directly shaping the future of ICT talent. His presidency reaffirms our unwavering commitment to developing world-class professionals and advancing global training standards. In his conference session “What’s New, What It Does,” Matt Barnes, Director of Quality for Global Deployment Services, reinforced the Black Box philosophy: unwavering quality, future-ready talent, and scalable ICT excellence.
